decent stay, but room issues

the staff was polite and accommodating .
My room felt stuffy due to the uncontrollable heat. I could not adjust the temperature, and this made sleeping difficult. i also noticed the shower drained poorly, so water pooled during each use. the furniture looked worn. The bed's headboard was peeling, leaving flakes.

The location allows safe travel around the area. Many restaurants are nearby. The studio had useful kitchen tools and a microwave.
The darkened mirror made makeup application difficult. I had to use a pocket mirror close to the lamps. There were only three hangers in the closet. The room did not have enough light, even with several lamps present.

The kitchenette was a real benefit for preparing small meals. I found it well-equipped. early check-in was very helpful after a long journey, and i really appreciated it. the self-service laundry was very useful. It.
The room lacked sufficient light. More lamps would improve the ambiance!

I know this hotel well, as I once stayed in one of its apartments for several months. Each room includes a kitchen and a balcony, really handy. The location is excellent, and I always choose to stay in this area. The proximity to the S-bahn station Rosenheimerplatz makes getting around very easy.
The room lacked a phone, so I had to go to reception for all requests. Alternatively, I could use my personal phone, not ideal.
